I used as she directed (unfortunately, the bottle doesn't have directions on it. A minor problem if you don't have the Chef's email).
The cake we made was YUMMY! It was moist and I don't think I screwed up what I was supposed to do. :0) If you have the problem of drying cakes out, or just want to add a little more awesome to your cake, then grab some!
