Let's start by looking at what the company has to say about the book:

My review:
I absolutely love this! Being gluten-free is so hard. Yes, companies are starting to realize there is a market for it so they are marking their packages as gluten-free and if you're in a big enough city you have an entire small section dedicated to providing you with a gluten-free selection... but what about those of us that don't have big enough cities... things can be difficult.
I was amazed at how thorough the book is. It breaks everything down into little section, it's really simple to check to see if what you were going to buy was already gluten-free... you might be surprised to find out some of the stuff you regularly bought was gluten-free. I was.
My only thing... it's kind of big to take with you. I wish that it was pocket or purse size. It would be way better if you could take it with you and pull it out easily. Just a thought for future editions- maybe make a pocket size.
I think this is a great book for anyone that is taking gluten out of their diet. I highly recommend it!
