Let's start with what they have to say about the program:
Dave Smith was named as "Canada's Top Personal Trainer" this year for his online exercise programs offered at makeyourbodywork.com. Unlike other fitness videos found online, these are completely equipment-free, can be done anywhere, anytime, and are updated with new material each week. Users literally just push play and follow along with Dave.
My review:
The program is easy to sign up for... doesn't matter if you're picking the free membership or the premium. With premium you get another step of paying for it. Really simple.
After you're all signed up and signed in, then it's all open to you. You can click the videos options and get started. This page is laid out in sampling way, where you get to see the title of the workout and a little explanation. If what you've read interest you, click "read more." You can see a sample of that with the screen shot from the Crab Dance one above.
Once you land on the page, you get the option of downloading the instructions for the workout which basically breakdown the entire workout for you (see above).
And if you scroll down a little further, you get the video. This is where it gets fun. Dave is a fun guy that pushes through it all with you and encourages you to stay at your own pace- something not all programs do. His directions are clear and you can see what's going on with each motion he takes you through.
There are a ton of options in terms of videos for you to watch to help you get to your goal (below I've included a sample I got off of their YouTube page). Because there's such a large mix, it's a good program for those that get bored doing the same thing every day! And you don't need any gym equipment.
It is definitely a program to check out!
