- On one side, wire pins separate and untangle the hair. Each pin is coated for comfort to assure they do not scratch the skin.

Here's what I think:
I never knew just how furry Border Collie Mix dogs were. In fact, if anyone ever told me I wouldn't have believed them! But the amount of beautiful rescue, Tilly, sheds is INSANE! We tried the mitt brush before, it didn't do anything. I swear if I didn't just sweep within the last 30 minutes, you wouldn't believe I ever swept my house!
Not only does this brush help to cut back on her shedding, but it seems to make her coat shinier. My 7 year old LOVES to brush her so they both get extra attention for each other and it's awesome.
The brush is comfortable to hold, both sides work for our dog, although she hardly ever has a real purpose for for using the wire side. It's held up well over the wear and tear of a 7 year old welding it. :) It works well on my dog.
I recommend this dog brush. I'm sure anyone that has a dog that needs good brushing would appreciate it!
