Here's what I think:
Like all burger presses, this one is a simple design and easy to work. The great thing about this one is you can choose the thickness you want of your burgers. I've used other presses in the past that only allow for one setting and that was smashed between two plates and that was it. But this one is a little more than that.
It makes 4.5" patties, that obviously varying in thickness based on what you want. Super easy to make patties and tuck them away in the freezer for a later date. Every burger I've made with it has come out looking like a burger. They hold together well, and retain that burger shape.
Easy to clean and dishwasher safe, although I've only washed it by hand so I can't confirm how it does in a dishwasher. But I would say top rack would be a good place for it.
If you are looking for a burger press, this is a great one to get and it's priced well too! I recommend it!
