Ok, you steampunk lovers out there, this one is for you, well, and you witchy lovers... Okay, let me rephrase that, those that love steampunk, witchy stuff, adventure, action, head hunting, romance, awesomeness, and... Okay, strike that, this book is awesome and everyone should read it! There, I covered all the bases.
I particularly loved this story. It was fresh, nothing really already done. The main characters are awesome, the arcs develop well throughout the tale. It's a fast paced book. Action sweeps you from one aspect to the next, but you never feel like you are caught in the sea of the story. Nope, you feel like you're thrown right into the middle of the action, ready to dodge some darts and throw some magic too. Can you tell that I liked this book?
I think A.J. has done an amazing job with the world she created, and the development of the characters. Each part of the storyline is done well and it allows the reader to really connect with the characters and what's going on. Good Job, A.J.
I recommend it to everyone. I think it has enough of different things in it for everyone to find something they'd like. Read it, see what you think!
