Sparks fly when they team up to find two girls missing from summer camp, but long-buried secrets may ruin their hopes for happiness. Book 2 in the Cassie Scot Mystery series.
If you've not read the first book, go get it now... you're missing out. You'll greatly enjoy it!
This book is a great second book to a series that I hope will have tons of books in it! I absolutely loved it. Cassie is a great character and the kind of strong female role that we need in modern literature these days.
There are so many layers to the story, Christine has done a fabulous job at ensuring that she has kept everything straight and not overly confusing. The end definitely lets you want more and right then as soon as you finish the book. So, Christine, please write faster! I have to know what happens next!
Like in the last book, you really get in touch with each and every character. The families are complex and full of information and characteristics. It's done in a way that doesn't make them seem unrealistic, rather they are more like people you could know in your everyday life.
I cannot wait for the next book and I hope everyone reads these books. They're great and well worth the read.

Christine writes primarily about people and it is in this way that she strives to make science fiction and fantasy meaningful for everyone.
At the age of 16, Christine was diagnosed with Stargardt’s Disease, a condition that effects the retina and causes a loss of central vision. She is now legally blind, but has not let this slow her down or get in the way of her dreams.
